Made-to-order caps
Our caps are made to order through the Printful Quick Store. Under Printful’s current policy, returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or a preference for a different size or color. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain available.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
Printful handles Quick Store order issues directly. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact Printful through the Contact link in the footer of the Printful Quick Store within 30 days of delivery. Printful may ask for photos and reviews each request under its current policy; eligible cases may receive a reprint or refund. Yenpro Musik cannot approve or issue a Printful order refund.
Packages that do not arrive
If an order has not arrived, report it to Printful within 30 days of the estimated delivery date using the Quick Store footer contact link. Printful reviews lost-package requests under its current policy.
Returned packages
If a package is returned because of a delivery problem, such as an invalid address or carrier issue, Printful may be able to reship it. Contact Printful through the Quick Store footer for the available options.
Changes and cancellations
Quick Store orders are submitted directly to Printful. In most cases, they cannot be edited or canceled once placed. Printful may be able to cancel an order before fulfillment starts, correct its shipping address before it ships, or change its size in some cases if the change does not affect the order price. Contact Printful promptly through the store footer; a change or cancellation is not guaranteed.
How to request order help
Use the Contact link in the footer of the Printful Quick Store for an order, delivery, return, or reprint issue. Include the order number and the details requested by Printful.
